Have-A-Go Sessions

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions:

• This competition is open for entry from 8.00am Monday 15th June until 5pm Sunday 28th June 2026. Winners will be contacted by the 1st July.

• Entry is open to children between 10 – 15 years of age

• Up to 15 winners per session will be selected by APL from all valid submissions and will be announced publicly on Facebook in accordance with these terms

• The winners will be notified using the details supplied with the entry submission. All communication will be made using details supplied with entry submission. If there is no response after reasonable attempts the entry will be deemed void, and someone may be selected in their place

• The winners will receive a Have-A-Go session at the Grassroots Velodrome Trust at venue, event will run for approx two - three hours

• The winner’s parent/guardian will be asked to sign a consent form on arrival before the winners will be permitted to take part in the Have-A-Go session

• All travel costs will be at the winner’s expense

• APL is not liable for any injuries the winners may incur during this event

• The judge’s decision regarding the prize winner and any other matter relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into

• Entrant details (other than their name) will remain confidential and will not be made available to the public or any third party except in accordance with these terms

• By entering this competition, entrants grant to APL an unconditional right to use images of the winner for promotional purposes, which may include publication in any format or location chosen by APL in its absolute discretion and APL may licence publication or use of such images by any of its subsidiaries or related entities including, without limitation, on the APL website, APL social media pages and Grassroots Velodrome social media pages

• APL collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties. Entry is conditional on providing this information. APL may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to APL. All entries become the property of APL

• Entry is only open to New Zealand residents

• Only one entry per person

• In no way is this competition endorsed by Facebook

• Entries must be made in the format approved by APL via the APL Window Solutions competition page on apl.co.nz

• This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash

• APL is not responsible or liable for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries

• The promoter is Architectural Profiles Limited (“APL”)

• Employees of Architectural Profiles Limited (“APL”) and APL manufacturers within the APL network (as determined by APL in its absolute discretion), their affiliates, agencies and immediate families are ineligible to enter

• Employees and athletes of Netball NZ, Chiefs Rugby, Josh Coppins Racing, Emma Gilmour Rally Driver, Ben Hunt Rally Driver and Hockey NZ, their affiliates, agencies and immediate families are ineligible to enter

• APL reserves the right to revoke the prize at any time if it is determined that the winner has breached any of these terms and conditions.
